The first thing we ensure is that your site is upgraded when ever WordPress issues a new version. We then back up your sites files on a monthly basis, in addition to whenever it is appropriate, like if you move your site to another server etc.
We will also conduct daily or weekly backups of your WordPress database tables. This monthly maintenance is covered by the up to 1 hour of free labor we provide each month in order to conduct the backups. Any needed labor over 1 hour is not included. Also included is the restoration of your site from the backups, if needed.
